Course Enrollment and Fees

• Upon enrollment, students are required to pay the full course fee or an agreed-upon installment plan.

Refund Eligibility Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

• Withdrawal Before Course Start: If a student withdraws from the course before the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable registration fee or 10% of amount paid whichever is higher.
• Withdrawal After Course Start: Once the course started, there is no refund policy.
• Course Cancellation by the Institution: If Megara Infotech Private Limited cancels a course, students will receive a full refund, including the registration fee.

Non-Refundable Circumstances No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• After Course Commencement: If a student withdraws after the course start date, no refund will be provided.
• Failure to Attend or Participate: No refunds are granted for non-attendance or lack of participation in the course.
• Downloadable Materials: Fees for digital or downloadable course materials, video's are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to [email protected] within the eligible refund period.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or another method as agreed upon.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances, students may be eligible for credit toward future courses. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.

Megara Infotech Private Limited reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students and updated on our website.
