  • Screening of candidates’ CVs or application forms using an agreed selection criteria for a job role.
  • Prepared for a first stage selection interview to ensure they create the right first impressions and candidate engagement.
  • Asked effective questions as well as accurately assess the candidate’s potential suitability for the role.

3. What is Job analysis, Job description and Job specification? What are the key information from JD we get and use in recruitment?
4. How are JD's made? (If desired)
5. Why is JD & JS (Job description and Job specification) an essential requirement for recruitment?

Session -2 (Day-2)

1. What are the effective methods of recruitment?
2. Sources of Manpower/head hunting
3. Newspaper Advertisements (demonstration with Examples and exercise for the same)
4. Campus interview (if desired)

Session -3 (Day-3)

1. Job posting on job portals
2. Job posting on LinkedIn and other networking sites
3. Job posting on WhatsApp group
4. Shorting of CV/resume
5. Making Candidates data bank

Session - 4 (Day-4)

1. What selection process? Essential skills and attributes.
2. Selection methods and their validity
3. Positioning and benefits of using a structured screening criteria and process
4. What is a preliminary interview for shorting potential candidates?
5. What are the right interview questions for different positions?
6. Interview schedule with concern department (Technical round)
7. Salary detail and negotiation (understanding CTC concept and checking the salary slips of the candidate)
8. Offer letter after final selection and onboarding process.
